ZSR Aircraft Financing Team Adds New Member Zuckert Scoutt & Rasenberger is pleased to announce that Ms. Stella Belvisi has joined the firm as "of counsel" and will be working as part of our aircraft financing team.
Ms. Belvisi’s practice is focused on
aircraft and other cross-border asset-based finance and operating lease
transactions. In addition, she frequently assists clients with the
purchase and sale of commercial aircraft, corporate jets, helicopters
and equipment. She has experience with mergers and acquisitions, public
offerings and private placements of equity and debt securities,
bankruptcies, restructurings and foreclosures. She has represented
export credit agencies, financial institutions, manufacturers, leasing
companies, private equity funds and airlines in complex transactions in
various parts of the world. Ms. Belvisi received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Miami School of Law and graduated cum laude. She is a member of the New York Bar and is awaiting admission to the District of Columbia Bar (during such time, she will be working under the supervision of William H. Callaway, Jr.).
